In 2019, we launched two new core services: NetCore and NetForce. Net Friends also engaged in its first SOC 2 audit, which prompted the construction of our (oddly prescient) Pandemic Response Plan in September of 2019. Once the pandemic fully arrived in March 2020, Net Friends had a 4-page "Pandemic Playbook" that helped us pivot quickly, implementing safety protocols. The drills we practiced as a company became key to supporting our now dispersed infrastructure and distributed workforce.
By the close of 2020, Net Friends focused on the fundamentals of what makes an MSP great: we rallied around our people. At the year's end, David Scarborough departed to focus on his other businesses; entrusting the future of Net Friends to his partners, John and Neelesh.
