What is the Deployment Date in your contract?

The Deployment Date signifies the anticipated day when your equipment will be fully installed, configured, and operational at its designated location. This is only applicable for contracts where devices are deployed, such as NetCore Elements.

This date represents the target for a completed installation, after which the equipment is expected to be ready for use and deliver its intended functions.

Distinguishing the Deployment Date from Go-Live Date

The Deployment Date marks the day physical equipment is installed and functioning as intended. If a contract does not include equipment, then it will not have a Deployment Date. The Go-Live date specified on the contract is a separate date which is likely to be later than the Deployment Date. The Go-Live date determines when the business can access IT support, from that date moving forward until the end of the contract term.
