When an employee leaves your organization, Net Friends is prepared to safeguard your data. We utilize remote access to your company’s devices, which enables us to remove access to your sensitive data promptly.
As soon as you are aware that an employee is departing, please complete a request in the service portal, indicating the desired date and time for access termination. You will be prompted to specify how you wish to manage the emails and files of the departing employee, ensuring that access is appropriately allocated to the correct teams.
We realize some employee offboarding events are extra sensitive and urgent. We always encourage any of our customers who are dealing with one of these offboarding events to closely coordinate with their CSM to ensure we do our part to protect your business interests and needs.
