Here is how it works:
- Submit a Ticket: Create a ticket indicating what device you want to send, provide the recipient's address, and preferred shipping method (standard, 2-day, or overnight).
- Order Fulfillment: We will locate the specified device, update its NetVisor Inventory status, and securely pack it for shipment. We will ship the device based on your preferred shipping method.
- Tracking for Peace of Mind: You will receive tracking information so you can monitor the device's journey to its destination. Our Procurement team remains available to address any delivery concerns, working directly with carriers or intended recipients as needed.
You can expect your device to ship within 48 hours after we receive your request. We recognize that urgent NetVisor Inventory needs can arise, and we are prepared to accommodate those requests with overnight or rush shipping.
