We will provide support for your line-of-business (LOB) software, with the primary condition being that any critical LOB software must have an active support or maintenance agreement established with your vendor.

Ideally, during the onboarding process, you can officially introduce us as a designated point of contact for your LOB software. This will enable us to communicate with the vendor on your behalf to seek support. You can rely on Net Friends to coordinate with your vendor's support team in case any issues arise with this software. As we gain experience and knowledge about the software over time, these insights will be utilized to resolve future issues effectively.
