The Go-Live Date is the day that your contract services fully begin. It also marks the conclusion of the initial Implementation Project.
This date typically falls four weeks after your contract is signed. This allows our team to perform a standard set of tasks to bring our companies into alignment, while also ensuring a smooth transition from your previous managed service provider (MSP).
Should you require an earlier start, we will endeavor to meet your needs. Net Friends will provide a checklist of the essential resources needed to align with your preferred timeline. The Go-Live Date must always follow the successful completion of an Implementation Project.
