Do You Provide Support During the Implementation Project?

The short answer is no.  During your implementation project we will be learning about your systems and integrating your devices into our tools. It has been our experience that until the implementation is complete it is difficult for us to provide the level of service our customers expect.

When you sign your contract, you will determine a Go Live date. Your Go Live date is when you can access support services. The typical implementation timeline averages 4 weeks and we document that process here: What is the NetVisor Implementation Project Timeline?

If you are aware of any issues before your onboarding process, we strongly recommend informing your Customer Success Manager (CSM) so that we can incorporate them into your project plan. If you have a critical issue during implementation, we encourage you to contact your CSM. They can help determine a plan to address your needs.
